I had a lovely stay at Adamas House Hotel Boutique. It's a beautifully restored historical home in the heart of Quito's old town, making it a perfect retreat after weeks of travel. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. offering stunning views both day and night. However, my room faced the street, leading to some traffic noise early in the morning.
